Has your club done enough spending? If you aren't a Chelsea fan, then perhaps not. Either way, the 2024 summer transfer window is already nearing its conclusion.

With just a few days left before the Premier League transfer deadline on Friday, August 30th at 11 pm, clubs are scrambling to finalize last-minute deals. Let's take a look at five players who could be making headline-grabbing moves in the final hours of the window.

1. Jadon Sancho

Jadon Sancho's Manchester United career has not been quite dreamy at the Theatre. After last season's controversy, it seemed like he would finally set things right in the new campaign. However, the 24-year-old's future looks increasingly uncertain.

The former Dortmund star was absent from United's opening fixtures and has reportedly been training away from the first team. Meanwhile, rumors are swirling about potential suitors. Transfer heavyweights Chelsea have shown interest, while Italian giants Juventus are also keeping tabs on the situation.

2. Victor Osimhen

Victor Osimhen has been one of the best strikers in football for a while now. The Nigerian goal machine had a stellar season helping Napoli clinch their first Scudetto in 33 years 2 years ago. He had another brilliant season in 2023/2024.

Chelsea, desperate for a prolific striker, are reportedly keen to bring Osimhen to Stamford Bridge. However, with a hefty price tag and interest from Paris Saint-Germain, and Saudi powerhouse Al- Ahli, this transfer saga could go down to the wire.

3. Raheem Sterling

Raheem Sterling seems to be out of favor at Chelsea under their new boss. Enzo Maresca made some comments recently which suggest Sterling's time at Stamford Bridge might be coming to an abrupt end. The England international, who joined the Blues just 2 summers ago, has been notably absent from the squad in recent matches.

Meanwhile, Aston Villa have emerged as surprise contenders for Sterling's signature. Crystal Palace are also monitoring the situation. There are also rumors of exploratory talks between Chelase and Manchester United for the player, in a deal that might send Jadon Sancho to West London. With his pace, experience, and Premier League pedigree, Sterling could be a valuable addition wherever he ends up.

4. Marc Guehi

Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi has been getting several attention for his composed performances in defense. The young English center-back has attracted interests from several Premier League clubs, with Newcastle United at the front.

The Magpies have already seen multiple bids rejected, but their persistence suggests they're not giving up easily on the Chelsea academy graduate. With Eddie Howe keen to strengthen his backline for a potential Champions League push, Guehi could be the perfect addition. However, Palace's reluctance to sell their captain means this transfer could go right down to the deadline day.

5. Ivan Toney

Brentford's Ivan Toney finds himself at the center of intense transfer speculation. The prolific striker, who netted an impressive 20 Premier League goals two seasons ago but was banned for most of last season for breaking betting rules, has been linked with moves to several top clubs.

Chelsea, again, have reportedly made a late move for Toney. However, they again face competition from Saudi Arabian club Al-Ahli, who have already had a substantial bid rejected. Brentford manager Thomas Frank has admitted Toney's future is "up in the air."

Final Thoughts

As the clock ticks down on the 2024 summer transfer window, these five players could be set for dramatic deadline day moves. With Premier League transfers, La Liga transfers, and Serie A transfers all in full swing, your favorite team just might break the bank at the dying minute.
